We are seeking caring, reliable and dynamic individuals to join our amazing team of exceptional Care Assistants.

· Premium hourly rates £13.40-£29.60, paid training, free MOT and additional mileage pay

Our Care Assistants are on hand to support our Clients and make a difference to their lives everyday.
Duties of our Care Assistants includes:
- Helping to maintain their personal hygiene and personal care
- Assisting/ administering medication
- Support with mobility including hoisting, assisting to stand and aiding with wheel-chair use
- Meal preparation
- Light housework
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle. This includes holding or be willing to obtain class 1 business insurance for your vehicle
· Have a genuine passion to want to help others
· Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
Right at Home Sutton and Mid Surrey supports clients in the local community who need care and support in their own home, to maintain their independence. We provide care to vulnerable people in the local community, including Wallington, Carshalton, Sutton, Cheam, Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Banstead, Walton on the Hill and Tadworth, Leatherhead, Cobham, Chessington and Dorking. The ideal candidate will live within the local area.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers. This could be the start of your new career, with our full support and outstanding training, anything is possible if you put your head and heart into it.
